Brett has been involved in the credit and finance profession since 1988 and has been tackling the role of Credit Manager at AIFP since 2009. ‘Effectively managing risk and exposure while minimizing bad debt losses’ has become Brett’s primary strategic goal and focus while working in the lumber industry during the past 20 years.
Throughout the course of Brett’s credit career, he’s been actively involved in the NACM (National Association of Credit Management) and CFDD (Credit and Financial Development Division) organizations, both at the local and National level, earning his CBA (Credit Business Associate) designation.
Brett has been married for 23 years. He and his wife are the proud ‘parents’ of two miniature dachshunds…with entirely too much personality and attitude! Brett is an avid Parrot Head, dedicated to attending at least one Jimmy Buffett concert every year. Other spare time activities include travel (especially to the Caribbean and Hawaii), good food, good wine, and the company of good friends.Back to Team
