Jackson grew up on a farm in the small town of Enumclaw, Washington. He moved to Oregon in the fall of 2007, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Oregon. He joined American International Forest Products in August, 2016 and spent his first year working through their trader training program. This program gave him an in-depth education on the products that he sells, how the lumber industry operates, and most importantly, gave him the opportunity to get to know each of his coworkers.
On the rare occasion that he is out of the office Jackson enjoys skiing, hiking, fishing, and being outdoors in general. He is also a big sports fan, following the Seahawks, Mariners, and Oregon Ducks closely.
We balance hard work and play. With exceptional employee retention and a people first approach, we keep our staff happy and engaged.
